How custom projects work

A clear scope, delivered in milestones

Every project starts with an agreed scope. We break the work into milestones, and you're invoiced for development work as each milestone is completed and delivered.

    We agree on what we're building and send a written quote that lays out the milestones and their cost.

    Build a milestone

    We develop the agreed piece of work and keep you updated on progress as we go.

    Deliver & invoice

    When a milestone is delivered, we invoice you for that completed development work.

  4. 4

    Continue or wrap up

    We move to the next milestone, and finish when the agreed scope is complete.

Plain and simple: you pay us for our own software and services

A subscription is a recurring fee for access to software we build, host and maintain. A milestone invoice is payment for development work we have already delivered. We do not offer financing or installment credit, we do not hold money in escrow, and we do not process or move money on behalf of any third party. Every charge is a direct, professional arrangement between you and ProManager Online.
